Our favorite phase of work is really the concept phase. Here we take the target market and explore ways we can engage them to achieve your goals. The concept phase lets us explore big ideas without the details of design. We generally create a persona and then build a scenario of use for the proposed idea. Often we use before and after concept models to show you how the overall solution will change from what you have to where you want to be.

Everyone loves the design phase. With the strategy locked down, big ideas validated, we can execute our blueprint in detail. We create site maps, process flows and wireframes that detail the experience. The devil is always in the details. Through iterative sessions you will see us work though the solution and provide the documentation needed for your tech team.

Often we perform user acceptance testing while the solution is running on the development server. We test everything from visual design to error messaging. Some clients choose to have their old solution tested before we even begin our process.
