Comcast is the number one provider of cable services across the USA. It has over 21.5 million subscribers. Comcast also has many additional channels such as high-speed Internet and digital phone.

As part of a larger team(1), UX Designs worked with Comcast to redesign the home page and test the conversion rate against their current design.

Challenge:
Increase conversions on the home page. Test the proposed design on visitors to Comcast.com without disrupting their normal experience.

Metrics would measure the buy cycle (i.e. Conversion), customers upgrades as well as other Comcast Services. In summary we were asked to improve their brand performance.

Solution:
Working in parallel with a visual design team, UX improved the overall user experience by prioritizing the main areas of the page and changing the navigation in support of the targeted user groups.

The customer experience was further enhanced with the use of a dynamic branding elements to convey Comcast is part of your lifestyle.

HitBox (HBX) proved our design was successful by increasing conversion by over 300% in the buy cycle areas and top level navigation.
