What is working? What isnít? Who are your competitors? What are your goals? We get to know you. We ramp up quickly and start defining the opportunity.

We bring a fresh perspective, a systematic process, and the know how to leverage industry experts and fully understand the challenge at hand. Often, the discovery phase brings internal teams together with a united common mission. We enjoy conducting stakeholder interviews one on one. In between stakeholder interviews we read everything you have, ask questions and help identify any missing pieces. We evaluate your competitors and identify where a better customer experience will pay off.

Discovery, it's how we ramp up, engage the team, and bring everyone together on the same page.

Identify opportunities

  • Strategy Models
  • User Groups
  • Scope Prioritization
  • Focus Groups

How will you evolve? Where do you want to compete? Who are you trying to reach? What does your target market want?

Once the opportunity is know we begin documenting your requirements. Functions, business logic and content are organized into a scope matrix and then prioritized. We also begin defining our user groups, segmenting target markets and understand end user needs and wants.

Define, it's how we lock down what we need to build.

Exploring opportunities & Planning for success.

  • User Personas
  • Scenarios
  • Concept Models
  • High-Level Sitemap
  • Secondary Research

How will functions work? How will we group content? How will the backend system work with the front end User Interface?

Our favorite phase of work is really the concept phase. Here we take the target market and explore ways we can engage them to achieve your goals. The concept phase lets us explore big ideas without the details of design. We generally create a persona and then build a scenario of use for the proposed idea. Often we use before and after concept models to show you how the overall solution will change from what you have to where you want to be.

Structure & Interactions.

  • Process Flows
  • Site Map
  • Wireframes
  • Low-Fidelity Prototype

What features work together? How will users move through the site? How will user interact with content and functions?

Everyone loves the design phase. With the strategy locked down, big ideas validated, we can execute our blueprint in detail. We create site maps, process flows and wireframes that detail the experience. The devil is always in the details. Through iterative sessions you will see us work though the solution and provide the documentation needed for your tech team.

Usability enhancements.

  • Usability Testing
  • Hi-Fidelity Prototyping
  • Final Wireframes
  • UI Specifications
  • Recommendations

Is the navigation intuitive? Can users complete a task easily? Is the interaction natural?

Often we perform user acceptance testing while the solution is running on the development server. We test everything from visual design to error messaging. Some clients choose to have their old solution tested before we even begin our process.
