Renal Advances provides nephrologists with educational and supportive materials about kidney diseases and renal failures.

Challenge:
Amgen decided to develop a website, RenalAdvances.com, to assist its sales representatives to build better relationships with doctors. The site would utilize a custom JSP and an Eprise content management system, as well as JavaScript, DHTML, and HTML.

Solution:
UX organized the site’s news and events clips, clinical trials, professional development tips, and interactive tools. The project allowed business managers to witness how consistency could be achieved through user-centered design and applied the practice to other company websites. It helped to up the standards for other Amgen Web-based projects.
