Sempra Energy aspires to seamlessly empower gas schedulers in California and the surrounding states, confirming all transfers of gas in California, including its storage facilities.

Challenge:
To do this, the company decided to update their citrix-based scheduling application for gas delivery with a Web-based application leveraging java. For both the application and Web-based training interfaces, many complex business processes had to be explained, so gas schedulers could manage their gas supplies.

Solution:
